An Iowa native and licensed since 1995, Greg Brockman has been a real estate trainer and coach since 2000 and currently serves as an instructor and course designer for the Iowa Association of Realtors®. He brings a unique perspective and singular passion to the Danielle Seifert Real Estate team.

Greg’s valuable knowledge and career’s-worth of insight into every aspect of real estate educates and assures buyers, sellers and investors on the transaction process. He works hand-in-hand with clients to achieve – even exceed – their real estate goals, delivering results under pressure and utilizing sharp and strategic negotiations to accomplish his clients’ objectives.

Specializing in new construction and the built-to order process, Greg brings meticulous attention to detail that is recognized and appreciated by his clients as they navigate the sometimes-complex process of new home construction.

When not working with clients or in the classroom, Greg can be found playing with his 4-year-old Samoyed, Sasha, or relaxing on a cruise ship somewhere in the Caribbean.  Greg’s philosophy is to “Give 100% all the time and always deliver an exceptional experience.”
